Our order priority system has been designed to give high volume merchants more control and flexibility over their orders, by allowing them to set any order as a priority. The normal order preparation sequences is from the oldest to newest order, however, with this feature, merchants can easily identify and prioritize urgent orders, ensuring that they are prepared first. In this article, we'll take a closer look at how to use the order priority system.
Important Note: Select monthly plans include a set number of priority orders that are free of charge. Any priority orders exceeding this limit, as well as plans that do not include priority orders, will be charged on a per-usage basis. To confirm if your plan includes priority order usage, please reach out to your Account Manager or contact email@example.com.
1. Visit the merchant dashboard and select the Orders tab. Locate an order you wish to set as a priority and select Details.
2. In the details page, select the checkbox Is a priority and press on Save.
