One of the key new features of this dashboard is the ability to filter by return reason and product, providing merchants with a more detailed understanding of why items are being returned and which products are most commonly returned. This can help merchants identify patterns, make adjustments to their product offerings, and improve customer satisfaction.

To access the return analytics, visit the merchant dashboard and select the Returns tab followed by Analytics in the submenu.
Selecting date/time range
In the return analytics dashboard, the date menu can be expanded or collapsed using the arrow symbol on the right-hand side. Users can select a timeframe or define a specific date range by choosing the Date range option and selecting dates. Once selected, clicking the Search button generates a new graph view below.
Selecting specific return reasons and/or products
For more detailed insights on returns, choose to display specific return reasons (must be active) or drill down by product. After making one or more selections, click Get Return Data to generate a new graph view below.
Selecting various chart views
Chart views can be selected by locating the options in the bottom left corner of the graph view. Merchants can choose from a range of chart views to better visualize and understand their return data.
