Spaceful strives for perfect fulfillment accuracy, however sometimes when shopper are finalizing the basket the wrong information can be entered without noticing. If an order requires an address change, please follow the below steps:
1. Navigate to the Orders section from within your Spaceful dashboard.
2. Search for the specific order using the search bar function or scrolling and finding the order, once found click on "Details".
3. From the details section, scroll down and click on "Edit Address" and make the necessary adjustments.
Note: Please note that only orders in "Pending" status can have modifications done to the address.
