Spaceful will not fulfill orders in On-Hold status. Orders will be automatically assigned with On-Hold status for any of the following reasons (click here for more information)
Credit Card Declined
Missing Phone Number (Automatically tagged)
Incorrect Address (Automatically tagged)
Customs Information Missing
- High Risk of Fraud Analysis (Only applies to Shopify orders)
Required Label or Document Not Uploaded (Only relevant for B2B Orders)
There may be times when you as a merchant would like to place an order on hold manually. Follow the below steps to complete this:
1. Navigate to the Orders tab in your Spaceful dashboard and using the Search function (or by scrolling), find the specific order in question and click on "Details".
2. In the orders detail page, scroll down to the "Order Risks" section and click on "Put on hold".
3. Once an order has been put on hold, you will need to revisit the individual order details page and select "Mark to fulfill" to return the order to "Pending" status for fulfillment completion.
Note: Only orders that are in "Pending" status can be put on hold. Orders that have been flagged as a risk through Shopify or that Spaceful's Fraud Risk algorithm will automatically be put on hold and will require "Mark to fulfill" to complete.
