Spaceful allows our merchants to update orders after they've been synced with our platform (sometime your Shopper's may make a mistake and you'll want to update the order before fulfillment). To complete this on the Spaceful dashboard, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Orders tab in your Spaceful dashboard and, find the order in question by using our search function or by scrolling, click on "Details".
2. Scroll down to see the order details and click on "Edit"
3. After clicking on "Edit", scroll down and adjust the products/items and quantities and click "Save".
Once saved, our team will receive the updated order and fulfill with the new quantities and products/items that have been included.
