Spaceful offers flexible delivery options. We have our very own fleet of Spaceful trucks that will provide a heightened delivery experience for your shoppers, as well as work with a number of major carriers for all types of shipping options.
An order that is shipped by one of our customers will have the status "Shipped".
If an order was shipped by one of our major Carrier partner, you can still verify the tracking information by following the below steps:
1. Navigate to the Orders tab from within your Spaceful dashboard and, search for the specific order using the search bar and available filters, once found click on "Details".
2. Select "Shipped" to view the tracking information.
3. Tracking information will be automatically updated from the carrier. Alternatively, you can also click on "Track your carrier package" to be redirected to the carrier tracking page.
